He is responsible for the global accommodation, meetings and travel management for the European Football Association (UEFA) since 2013.
He is also accountable for the development and execution of the global strategy and processes for a vast range of events (competitions, draws, training programs, conferences, etc.) and for a variety of target groups (officials, referees, teams, commercial partners, broadcasters, suppliers, medias, etc.).
Together with his team, they are making sure that the program is always up to date and bring in innovations when useful. Consistent process optimization is currently one of the key activities to reduce complexity.
