Global Travel and Expense Project and Team Manager in EMEA at 3M
Since 2017 Cathy has been leading the implementation of the global travel management process in the area, including the deployment of a single platform for travel request, booking and expense, the alignment of all company subsidiaries under globally contracted travel agencies and the launch of multiple corporate credit card programs.
This has allowed to enhance overall employee experience and to meet the increasing compliance requirements, both internal and external.
This transformational journey has recently led to the formation of an EMEA Travel and Expense team under Cathy’s leadership to provide employee support and ensure effective and consistent program management across many diverse geographies.
Prior to this role, Cathy held different positions in 3M with increased responsibilities, such as EMEA Master Data Quality Lead during SAP implementation, EMEA Six Sigma Coordinator and Finance Coordinator.
